(1) Introduction
These terms of use govern your use of our website; by using our
website, you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with
these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you must not
use our website.
(2) General Use
(a) Member Conduct
As a breeder advertising the services of your Stud Dog we expect all
members to provide full and honest information regarding their dog
and themselves. Any member found to be providing information that is
misleading or false will be deemed to be in breach of these terms
and will have all details removed from this website regardless of
any outstanding period of paid membership.
As breeders we promote good breeding practise and expect our members
to adhere to the general breeding code of ethics provided by the
UK Kennel Club
Breeders submitting articles to this website for the purpose of
elevating search results positions should write articles in
grammatically correct English which consist of accurate and
appropriate information. We may and reserve the right to edit or
remove an article should it be deemed by us to be illegible or
inaccurate.
(b) Advertising
i)
Beyond January 19th 2009
all new members will be eligible to a one month free trial, valid
upon confirmation of subscription set up.
iia) All members advertising a stud dog
are required to set up a subscription via PayPal (or other
pre arranged payment method) in order to display contact details and
unlock messages. All members will receive a 30 day free trail
which may be cancelled at any time during the first 30 days without
cost.
iib) Stud dog adverts may be listed
without the creation of a subscription however contact details will
not be displayed on the advert and member messages will be locked
until a subscription is created.
iii)
The day following the expiration of the 30 day free trial, members
who have not cancelled their 'Pedigree Stud Dogs Annual Subscription
30 day trial' will be
automatically billed and payment taken through the PayPal
subscription system (we do not see or store any payment details) for
the amount of £24-95 for a 12 month subscription period.
Subsequent
payments are taken automatically by the PayPal subscription system
every 12 months for the subscription amount (currently£24.95) until a subscription is
cancelled.
payments for any chargeable period are non refundable.
iv)
To cancel a subscription you must do so by logging into your
paypal account/paypal subscription account at
http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk and select 'Pedigree
Stud Dogs Annual Subscription 30 day trial'. Subscriptions can not
be cancelled by email request due to fraud protection and protection
against malicious behaviour for our members.
v)
Cancellation of the one month free trial during the free trial
period will result in the contact details on said stud stud dog advert/s on the
cancelled account being
removed from the live listings on the day of cancellation and will
require a new 12 month subscription to be re-listed live.
Free trials are limited to one free trial per member, household or
stud dog. Duplicate accounts under different email addresses are not
permitted.
vi)
In the event of a member choosing not to continue advertising for
any chargeable period we may remove all details relevant to that
member (at our discretion), remove the listed dog from the public
listings of the website or remove contact details from public
viewing the day following the
renewal date.
vii) PedigreeStudDogs.co.uk does not guarantee any level of contact
or success for any advertisement placed on this website.
viii) PedigreeStudDogs.co.uk may cancel an account including any
live adverts regardless of any outstanding period of paid membership
without refund for any breach of these terms and conditions. Members
will be given a period of 24 hrs to respond to an alleged breach
before all account privileges are suspended and if no contact is
made within 7 days all account details and adverts created by the
member in breach of these terms will be removed from the site.

(3) Licence to use website
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual
property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject
to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are
reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or
images from the website for your own personal use, subject to the
restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms of use.

third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our
legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach
